The thermal conductive release sheet is mainly applied to LCD modules (on OLB, PCB production processes). It is used as the thermo-compression cushion for ACF (Anisotropic Conductive Film). This release sheet conveys the high heat from heat-press tool to ACF so that make ACF produces adhesive effect, and acts as a protection and cushion between the tool and ACF.
The ACF bonding sheet (GSC series) offers many excellent features, such as outstanding thermal resistance, durability, thermal conductivity, easy to release, and clean, flat and even surface, which is mainly applied in display and panel industry including OLED, LCD display and LCD TV, etc.
